General conditions

  • Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before check-in
  • Changes of date must be made 10 days before check-in
  • Cancellations or modifications after this date has passed will result in loss of deposit
  • Daily cleaning service only in the rooms. In the apartments change of sheets is every 3 days and towel change daily.
  • Rooms have daily cleaning if the sign indicating cleaning is requested is hung on the door.
  • Customer service is only available in reception hours except for emergencies.
  • Check-in in winter is before 8pm.
  • Check-in in summer is before 10pm.
  • Guests are required to pay a 50% deposit before their arrival as a confirmation of the reservation, by bank transfer or credit card. Once the pre- reservation has been made guests have 3 days to pay the deposit.
  • The remaining 50% is payable on check-in, once the guest has viewed the accommodation.
  • All guests must bring an ID card or passport. (except for under 16´s)
  • Once the guest has checked into the accommodation we will NOT refund any amount if the guest decides to check out of the hotel for any reason.
